Breaking New Ground in the New Year

Good Samaritan Primary School in Kamuli, Rakai District of Uganda is busily breaking ground and paving the way for the new classroom block which will transform the Pre-K – Grade 4 school in 2013. After a long patient wait and negotiation with Classrooms for Africa, funds were finally secured and the whole community awaits this exciting change to their landscape and future.
Situated on the border with Tanzania, the young school has been struggling with very inadequate temporary facilities and holding some classes under the trees.
The project leader very diligently provides photos and information on the progress of the project which they hope to complete to occupation stage in a few months.
