Eagle’s Wings High School off to a good start!

Classrooms for Africa has recently approved at grant to Eagle’s Wings High School in Lukaya, Uganda, thanks to a donor from Western Canada. Since the first project of two initial classrooms that Classrooms for Africa was involved in there in 2012, the high school has seen the construction of another classroom and is now completing a fourth classroom and library. The new grant will allow for the construction of two science laboratories, a building already underway! As the need is to open these by the start of the 2015 school year in February, the builders are pushing to complete this project on time. Representatives from Classrooms for Africa hope to visit the project early this year. Below are pictures of the first two classrooms in 2012 and also of the new project so far.
